The authentication protocol used for NetMotion is EAP - PEAP/TLS. Therefore an SSL certificate needs to be imported and configured in the RADIUS server settings.
Log on to the DualShield Administration Console and go to Repository>Certificates>Server Certificates
Click on 
on the top right.
Enter a description,
Upload your SSL server certificate in the PFX format.
Enter the password of the certificate.
Click: Save
