Create a SQL identity source.

1) In the DualShield Admin Console, in the side panel, select Identity>Identity Source 

2) Click the Create button. This will bring up the Identity Source Registration Wizard:

3) In the Name field enter the name of your virtual domain.

4) In the Type dropdown, select SQL 

5) Click Finish

Create the Domain

You can pretty much do as instructed in our wiki: Create a Domain selecting the new SQL identity source you just created.
