Claims-Aware Applications, such as Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Lync 2013, Outlook Web Access, Ultipro, ServiceNow etc can be configured to authenticated by ADFS. By default, ADFS authenticates users using an Active Directory service. Furthermore, ADFS can also authenticate users via an external, third-party claims provider that supports WS-Fed or SAML 2.0.
DualShield SSO is a fully compliant SAML 1.1/2.0 and WS-Federation IdP, therefore it can be integrated with ADFS to secure Claims-Aware applications with two-factor or multi-factor authentication.
