If a user requires a particular piece of software to be installed, this can only be installed with the credentials of an administrator account.
If MFA is enabled, the Computer Logon credential UI will pop up after the admin username and password have been entered.
The administrator can then enter their second factor credentials here. In this example, it is a One-Time Password.
