Account Mapping allows users to map a local account to a domain account so that users can enable two-factor authentication on the local account without having to set up a separate virtual domain for each of the computers on the DualShield server.

Create Account Mapping

To set up an account mapping, first logon to the machine using a local account, then run the DualShield Configuration Wizard.

Click "Next"

Enter the domain account details, and verify the domain account by two-factor authentication:

Click "Finish" when you have done.

Now, multi-factor authentication is required for the local user.

Delete Account Mapping

You can always delete the account mapping. To remove the account mapping, run the Deepnet Configuration Wizard, and then click "Delete this mapping".

Click "Yes" to continue.
