- Click Connect
2. Enter your domain\username and specify the OTP code in the password field and click OK
3. If credentials are correct the connection will be successful.
CHAP and MS-CHAP.v2 is not supported when the passcode consists of the AD password (Static Password). In other words, if the User Directory or Identity Source of a VPN application is an external AD or LDAP server, and the passcode is the combination of Static Password and One-Time Password, e.g. "One-Time Password + Static Password", then CHAP and MS-CHAP.v2 cannot be supported.
If you have to use CHAP and MS-CHAP.v2, then the passcode should not include AD password, or the User Directory of the VPN application is linked to an internal Identity Source.
