A web application might have an internal URI as well as an external URI, and it might also have several URIs.
You must configue the DualShield IIS Agent with the correct URIs that the web application is being bound to.
The correct URL binding must include the full path, but not the parameters in the URL.
For OWA, commonly its URL is in the form of "https://mail.acme.org/owa", in which "acme.org" is the domain of your email server.
