Go to Authentication>Logon Procedures
Click Create
Name: User friendly (perhaps reference the application you intend to use this logon procedure for)
Type: Web SSO
Click Save
You now need to create steps
Select Logon Steps from the drop down menu of the corresponding logon procedure.
The Logon Steps will appear on the right hand side.
Click on Add
For the first logon step enable Static Password
The logon procedure for an Exchange Mail application should have 1 logon step only.
Add Computer DeviceID method into the logon step.
