In the ADFS Management Console, finds the claim provider, e.g. "DualShield"
In the context menu of the claim provider, select "Edit Claim Rules"
Click the "Add Rules..." button to add a new rule
In the Claim rule template, select "Transform an Incoming Claim"
click "Next"
Set the Incoming claim type to "NameID" which is a SAML attribute returned by the Claim Provider, e.g. DualShield
Set the Outgoing claim type to "Windows account name" which is an AD attribute defined in ADFS
Click "OK"
