Create a RADIUS logon procedure

1. Login to the DualShield Management Administration Console
2. In the main menu, select navigate to "Authentication | Logon ProcedureProcedures"
3. Click the "Create+CREATE" button  button on the toolbar
4. Enter a name and select suitable Name, then set 'Type' as "RADIUS" as the type, e.g. "NPS+RDGateway"

5. Click "Save"
6. Click the context "..." menu icon of the newly create logon procedure, created Logon Procedure, then select "Logon stepsSteps"
7. In the popup window on the right, click the "Create+ ADD" button on the toolbarto add an authentication method.
8. Select from the authentication method list of authenticators "Out of Band Authentication", and click then "SaveSAVE" button to confirm.
   (Please note: RDGateway RD Gateway ONLY support supports "Out of Band Authentication".)

Create a RADIUS application 

1. In the main menu, select navigate to "Authentication | Applications"
2. Click the "Create+ CREATE" button on the toolbar
3. Enter a name and select a realmsuitable 'Name'
4. From the drop-down, select your internal 'Realm'
5. Select the newly created logon procedure

6. Click "Save"SAVE" to create the new Application.
7. Click the Context menu of context "..." menu on the newly created application, then select "Agent"

8. From the displayed list of Agents, select the integrated "RADIUS" Server. Then "SAVE".
9. Finally click the Application context "..." menu and select "Self Test" to confirm everything is correctly associated:
   
   Image AddedClick "Save" and use the "Self-Test" function to verify that the application is correctly set up and ready
   
   
   

Register Network Policy Server as a Radius Client

1. In the main menu, select navigate to "RADIUS | ClientRadius Clients"
2. Click the "Register" button on the toolbar+ CREATE" button to create a new Radius Client.
3. Enter a suitable "Name" for the new Radius Client
4. Select the integrated "Radius Server" from the drop-down list.
5. Select the previously created "Application" from the drop-down list.Select the application that was created in the previous steps
6. Enter Network Policy Server’s IP in the "IP address Address" field
7. Enter the "Share Secret which will be used in " which matches that saved on the Network Policy Server

8. Specify the appropriate "Authentication Protocols" from the list.

9. Click "Save"SAVE" to confirm creation of the new Radius Client.
