2) Click the Create button. This will bring up the Identity Source Registration Wizard: 3) In the Name field enter the name of your virtual domain. 4) In the Type dropdown, select SQL 5) Click Finish |

Create the Domain
You can pretty much do as instructed in our wiki: Create a Domain selecting the new SQL identity source you just created.
