To check if a user account has been assigned a TOTP token, follow the steps below.

In the Salesforce Admin Console, find the user account

In User Details, find the attribute "App Registration: One-Time Password Authenticator"

If there is a "[Disconnct]" link next to the attribute, then it means that there is an OTP token assigned to this user.



To remove the OTP token from the user account, you can click the "[Disconnect]" link
