Introduction


One of our most commonly raised tickets, received by our Technical Support team are about DualShield Windows Logon not working as expected.

For example, you are seeing an error as below...

...however, you are sure the computer is connected to the network so it is not clear why it is reporting it is offline!

You may already be familiar with our Client Diagnostic tool...

...but it is not easily apparent as to why 'No alive agents have been found'
