We need to set DualShield RADIUS as the User Authentication Protocol in the Authentication Profile we created earlier, e.g. "DualShield RADIUS".

1. Go to Mobility console > Configure > Authentication Settings.

2. In the left pane, select the Authentication Profile we have created for RADIUS authentication, e.g. "DualShield RADIUS"

3. In the middle pane, select "User Authentication Protocol"

4. In the right pane, select "DualShield RADIUS Authentication Settings Override"

5. select "RADIUS - EAP (PEAP and EAP-TLS)" 

6. Click "Apply" to save the change
