IIS web applications are classified into several types of services, such as

Every type of service has a set of pre-configured settings. Therefore, it is important that you select the correct type of service.
In the Service Type drop-down list, select "Remote Desktop Web Access xxxx", in which xxxx is the version number of the Exchange server
