Introduction

Whilst tokens can be provisioned individually to users one at a time, there are times when the token administrator may want to bulk provision tokens to all members of a domain, unit or group.

The method used to bulk provision tokens in this way is as follows;

  1. From the management console navigate to either "Directory | Domains",  "Directory | Units" or "Directory | Groups" (dependant upon how you want the tokens provisioned).
  2. Use the context menu option "Provision Tokens" to provision tokens to all members of the Domain/Unit/Group.
  3. Select which tokens are to be provisioned, then click the button.

Provision Tokens to all Domain members

To provision tokens to all members of a selected domain we must first open the management console and navigate to "Directory | Domains", then left click on the context menu of the domain you want to provision tokens to then select "Provision Tokens";

A new window will now open titled "Provision Tokens", select the type of tokens to be provisioned then click the button.


You should now receive a confirmation message stating that the token provisioning 

Provision Tokens to all Unit members

To provision tokens to all members of a selected domain we must first open the management console and navigate to "Directory | Units", then left click on the context menu of the domain you want to provision tokens to then select "Provision Tokens";

A new window will now open titled "Provision Tokens", select the type of tokens to be provisioned then click the button;


You should now receive a confirmation message stating that the token provisioning 

Provision Tokens to all Group members

To provision tokens to all members of a selected domain we must first open the management console and navigate to "Directory | Groups",, select a domain the click

Left click on the context menu of the group you want to provision tokens to then select "Provision Tokens";

A new window will now open titled "Provision Tokens", select the type of tokens to be provisioned then click the button;


You should now receive a confirmation message stating that the token provisioning
