The DualShield Connection Server (DCS) needs to be linked up with the DualShield Authentication Server (DAS)
Log into your DualShield Admin Console
Navigate to Platform | Connection Server
In the URL field, enter the full address of your DualShield Connection Server, e.g. https://dualshield.deepnetid.com:9443
In the Algorithm field, select RS384
