Add Claim Rules for GoToMeeting

In the ADFS Management Console, finds the claim provider, e.g. "DualShield"

In the context menu of the claim provider, select "Edit Claim Rules"

Click the "Add Rules..." button to add a new rule

In Claim rule template, select "Transform an Incoming Claim"

click "Next"

Set Incoming claim type to "email" which is the SAML attribute returned by the Claim Provider, e.g. DualShield 

Set Outgoing claim type to "E-Mail-Address" which is the email attribute defined in ADFS

Click "OK"
