Offline tokens can be downloaded automatically without users' intervention. To enable it, turn on the "Download offline tokens automatically" option in the Computer Logon Client policy:
With this option enabled, users' offline tokens will be automatically pushed to a user's machine when the user performs an online logon. In other words, each of the users must log onto the corporate network online before they go offline, so that their offline tokens will be downloaded automatically.
