We have made some significant changes and improvements to the SafeID Token Service (STS), and we are planning to make the upgrade soon. However, in order for you to upgrade your STS account to the new version, you need to carry out a small preparation task. Please follow the instruction below
1. Select “Directory” in the main navigation menu on the left panel
2. Click the context menu icon (…) of your Azure AD identity source
3. Select “Prepare for Upgrade” in the menu
4. Follow the instruction on the screen to complete the process
5. If you are using Azure Key Vault with STS, then you need to make the change below
If you have multiple Azure AD identity sources, repeat steps 2-5 on each of the identity sources.
Once all of the STS customers have completed the preparation task, we will set the date of the upgrade and notify you in advance.
