If the Relying Party, e.g. GoToMeeting requires the Claims Providers, e.g. DualShield SSO, to return certain claims, then you will need to configure your DualShield server to return some SAML attributes and create some corresponding claim rules in your ADFS server to pass through or transform those SAML attributes to the Relying Party.
