For an organisation to use MDM to manage Android and iOS devices, it is required by Google and Apple that each organisation must set up an account with Google and Apple.

Link MDM to an organisation
The DualShield MDM server is designed to support multiple organisations. For an organisation in the DualShield Platform to use the MDM server, it must be linked to the MDM server.
Navigate to Organisation Settings General
