This document demonstrates how to configure the DualShield Authentication Server for the Desktop SSO access to web and cloud applications.
With Desktop SSO enabled, when a user once a user has successfully logged in to their Windows PC, there will be no need for the user to enter their User ID and Password again when attempting to access a web/cloud application from the corporate network, the user can automatically logon to the web/cloud application without the need for the user to enter their User ID and Password at all. The application will automatically log in using the credentials cached from Windows Logon. This is known as Windows authentication.
