GotoMeeting requires that the user's email address is returned in the NameID. In the last step, we created an attribute called "email" that is mapped to the user's email address. In this step. we are going to map the NameID to the email attribute.
In the DualShield Admin Console, find the Service Provider, e.g. "ADFS".
In the context menu of the service provider, select "Edit"
Change the "NameID Format" to "Down Level Logon Name"
Click Save
