To enable MFA on an IIS web application, select the application node in the IIS Manager Console, e.g. "OWA. For OWA, we must select the "OWA" node.
Then in the Features View pane, double click the "DualShield Authentication" icon to lanuch launch the DualShield IIS Agent Console.
