On the DualShield Administration Console go to Authentication>Applications. You shall see that the application you created for Parallels is automatically linked to the 2X Agent.
Use the Self-Test function to verify whether the application is ready.
Under Directory>Domains edit the domain you are using and check that the NetBIOS name specified here, matches the NetBIOS name of your AD domain..
Now, your Parallels (2X) application application Server is protected with two-factor authentication by DualShield.
