In the Admin Console, navigate to Authentication\Agent, and find the newly registered MDM agent, e.g. "DMD at 123". In the context menu of the agent, select "Agent CA Certificate"
Download the Agent CA Certificate
Copy the Agent CA certificate file to the machine where the DualShield MDM server is installed, e.g. 192.168.103.123
Import the Agent CA certificate into the Trusted Root Certificate Authorities on the DualShield MDM server.
