To set up an Azure AD user to access the admin console, follow the steps below.
Navigate to "Users" and find the user account
Click the user's Actions menu, select "Manage Roles"
Click "Assign Roles"
Select a role, e.g "Admin" or "Help Desk", then click the "Assign Role" button
