A help desk role is typically responsible for assigning tokens to users as well as activating or deactivating tokens. Therefore, it needs to have permissions to operate the following object

To create such a role, follow the steps below.
Navigate to "Roles"
Click the "Create Role" button
Enter its name, then click the "Add Permission" button
Add the following permissions:
Finally, click the "Create" button to save it
