SafeKey FIDO Bridge User Manual
SafeKey FIDO Bridge is a credential provider that lets you use FIDO2 security keys forpasskey for passkey registration and authentication on Android via NFC.
Android has Android natively supports FIDO2 security keys over NFC, but its implementation can cause compatibility issues with some authenticators due to its use of extended APDU commands. Android also provides no native way to manage a security key's PIN or the passkeys stored on it, andno native way to use a passkey over NFC at all. SafeKey FIDO Bridge fixes that. It providesthe full CTAP2 protocol directly, so your key gains:
