If you have forgotten your AD password, then you can press "Forgot password" link on the logon screen
On the prompt "Would you like to reset your AD password", press "Yes"
You will be prompted for authentication according to the logon procedure defined in your DualShield MFA server
Once you have successfully authenticated yourself, then you will prompted to enter a new password
Enter a new password, confirm it, then press the continue button
Your AD password should have been successfully reset.
Press the close (X) button to dismiss the password reset window
Now, you can sign in with your new password.
