Go to Policies > Connection Request Policies

Double click the Use Windows authentication for all users policy

Click the "Settings" tab

Enable the option "Override network policy authentication settings"

Enable the option "MS-CHAP-v2"

Enable the option "PAP SPAP"

Click Apply
