To configure you first need to access your Rapid Recovery Core Console
Click on the settings icon. |

Click on SAML on the left hand menu. This will take you to the SAML configuration menu
Click on the word No beside 'Enable Configuration' |

Check the box and then click on the check to the right

Return to Dualshield and create a Service Provider Profile for Quest Rapid Recovery
Log into the Dualshield Administration Console Go to SSO>Service Providers |

Click on 
on the top right.
Begin to fill in the details as per screenshot but make sure the Type is set to SAML2.0(Without Metadata)

Now go back to the SAML configuration screen on Rapid Recovery Settings Copy out the Sign on; Reply and Logout URLs and paste them into their corresponding locations (essentially in the same order) on the DualShield Service Provider Profile

Click Save on DualShield.
