DualShield 5.9.2 and later includes MySQL 5.7.6 database engine that supports the so-called multi-source replication. Multi-source replication enables you to set up a cluster of 2 or more database servers that replicate each other.
(Note - If your DualShield server was upgraded to v5.9.2 from an older version, then you will need to upgrade the DualShield framework as well in order to have MySQL upgraded to 5.7.6 )
A copy of DualShield (with MySQL) has been successfully installed on a server and operating as the primary server, and a copy of DualShield has been successfully cloned to one or more non-primary servers from the primary server using the DualShield clone utility.
