If you plan to use Entra MFA instead of DualShiled MFA as the authentication service provider for authenticating users at computer logon, then you need the Computer Logon Management Portal.

The Computer Logon Management Portal is an extension of the Entra Admin Portal that lets you manage settings, policies, and tokens for computer logon, since Entra itself doesn't provide those functions.
