Log in to your Arbor account, then click on your user account dropdown and select "My profile" (example below);


You will be presented with your profile details - click on the button;


Scroll down to the prompt "Manage two-factor authentication (2FA)", then click "Manage 2FA";

Now click on the button; 

Then click ;



You can use the QR code to program our programmable tokens using the instructions found in the following procedure;

Verifying your token

Once you have programmed your token you will need to verify it with Arbor.

At the prompt "Passcode from authenticator app", copy an OTP code from your programmable token then click.

You will then be presented with a list of backup codes (example below) - we suggest you keep a copy of this list;

click on , and you will be asked to re-sign in to your account

After supplying your username and password you will now be asked for an OTP code from your programmable token;

Enter a code from your token then click and you will be logged in to your Arbor account.
