In the Admin Console, find the user account

Click the user's context menu

DualShield MFA Platform > Push EAS profile to users > image-2023-12-26_14-48-9.png

Select "Register EAC Profile | By Email" or "Register EAC Profile | By SMS" from the user's context menu.

An Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) profile registration message will be sent to the user by email or SMS message.
