Prior to configuring Web application for Desktop Single Sign On (Desktop SSO), you must have the DualShield Authentication Server installed on a member machine in the Windows network domain to which your desktop machines are connected.

Please also note that Desktop SSO does not work over HTTP reverse proxy servers. If you have a reverse proxy server in front of your DualShield SSO server then Desktop SSO is not supported.
