Once you have the Account SID and Sandbox Number ready, login to DualShield Management Console, navigate to "Configuration | Gateways", click "Create" and select "SMS" in the "Type" field.

Click "Edit", and select "Twilio" provider. Paste your Twilio Account SID into the "User Name" field and click "OK".

Enter a description text in the "Name" field, then select the domains in the drop down list, e.g. Management Console, edit "Dial Prefix" accordingly. Finally click "Save" to close the dialog box. 

Twilio uses its own senderID to send out messages. In your DualShield server, you must replace the Sender in all SMS message templates with the Twilio's Sandbox Number.

In DualShield Management Console, navigate to "Configuration | Templates". Select "System Message Template" | "Messages". Update the Sender in all message templates. For example, Send One-Time Password Template. In the Sender field, enter the Sandbox Number from your Twilio account.

Now, you can use Twilio SMS gateway to push out messages.
