The root cause of the error is that the PFX file is encrypted by AES-256-CBC which is not supported by the current versions of DualShieldDualShield server with the framework versions older than Version 1.8.0.0906.

SOLUTIONS

There are 2 solutions. 

SOLUTION

The quickest solution is to import the PFX file to the Windows Cert store, export it using "TripleDES-SHA1", then upload it to DualShield.

The second solution is to upgrade the DualShield Framework to the latest version.
